Friends of Music Hall, formerly Society for the Preservation of Music Hall (SPMH), is a volunteer-driven organization. Our mission is to preserve, improve, promote and provide education about Cincinnati Music Hall. Our vision is to perpetuate Music Hall as the premier cultural center of the region and as a National Historic Landmark of international significance. STUDENT SILENT FILM CONTEST
Friends of Music Hall is excited to announce its inaugural Youth Silent Film Contest for students in grades 7-12. Students will create an original short silent film for a chance to win cash prizes and have their film screened at historic Music Hall. Winning films will premiere prior to Silent Movies Made Musical with the Mighty Wurlitzer Organ Featuring The Mark Of Zorro.
